Carol King, RN, MSN, MBA, CNAA, FACHE

Carol King, RN, MSN, MBA, CNAA, FACHE, is the senior vice president of West Chester Medical Center, and has more than 30 years of health care leadership experience. She most recently served as the senior vice president of operations at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to that role, she was the vice president of emergency medicine services for the Health Alliance. She also has held various administrative positions at Mercy Health Partners and Franciscan Health System. King earned a master of business administration degree from Xavier University, a master of science degree in nursing administration from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the College of Mount St. Joseph. She is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives and is certified in nursing administration advanced by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.

Julie Holt, RN, MSN

Julie Holt, RN, MSN, is the vice president of patient care services at West Chester Medical Center. She has more than seventeen years of nursing management experience, and began her career as a nurse at University Hospital in the neuroscience unit, where she worked for six years and rose to assistant manager on the unit. She joined the Health Alliance in 1996 as a clinical manager for Jewish Hospital, and worked nine years in management positions at that hospital, including serving as director of patient care services. Holt moved to the Drake Center in December 2005 as vice president of patient services and chief nursing officer, where she remained until October 2007. Holt holds a master of science degree in nursing administration and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati.  Holt is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Association of Critical Care nurses.

Ron Rohlfing, RRT

Ron Rohlfing, RRT, is the director of operations for West Chester Medical Center. He has served as project manager and Six Sigma Black Belt developing lean processes for the hospital. Ron has been a practicing respiratory therapist at University Hospital since 1989 and has served in numerous clinical and project management positions. He holds bachelor of science degrees in marketing and management from the University of Cincinnati College of Evening and Continuing Education and has a master of business administration degree from the University of Phoenix. He is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and the American Association of Respiratory Care.

Mike Jeffers

Mike Jeffers is the director of finance at West Chester Medical Center. He was previously controller for Ambulatory Medical Care, Inc., where he oversaw billing and collection of revenues, financial reporting and capital needs projects. Prior to that, Jeffers was an audit manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he coordinated audit services, reviewed and tested internal control procedures and evaluated financial statements for the firm. Jeffers is a Certified Public Accountant and holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and marketing/finance from Georgetown College, Georgetown, Ky.

Stephanie Savicki

Stephanie Savicki is the director of public relations and marketing for West Chester Medical Center. She has been with the Health Alliance since 1989 in various roles, including serving as director of public relations and marketing for The Jewish Hospital and University Hospital prior to joining West Chester Medical Center. Savicki has more than 20 years experience managing day-to-day marketing, public relations, media relations, internal and external communications and advertising. Savicki earned her bachelor of health science degree in health administration from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing her master of business administration degree at Northern Kentucky University. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Cincinnati Alliance for Healthcare Marketing.

Jack Talbot

Jack Talbot is the director of human resource at West Chester Medical Center. He has more than 20 years of experience in the health care and human resources fields, much of which within the Health Alliance. Prior to joining West Chester Medical Center, Talbot held the role of director of human resources at the Drake Center, where he coordinated the human resources aspects of transitioning the hospital into the Health Alliance. He previously served as director of human resources at St. Luke Hospitals and assistant director of human resources at The Jewish Hospital. Talbot earned his bachelor of arts degree in communications from Xavier University, and is a member of the boards of directors for TransCare, Inc. and Communicating Arts Credit Union.

Paula Hawk, RN

Paula Hawk, RN, is the director of physician development at West Chester Medical Center. She is responsible for recruitment of medical staff, identifying physician partnership opportunities, development of the medical staff office and physician experience management. She has more than 20 years of experience in health care, beginning her career as a registered nurse at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. She moved to the Franciscan Health system in 1987 where she held several positions, including staff nurse, coordinator of nursing quality improvement, case manager and director of medical staff services for 10 years. Hawk holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Wright State University.
